• problem solving (major hardware repairs have to be performed through an authorised Apple Service Centre)
• training (including setup of hardware and software)
• advice on configuration (independent advice on purchases and how to find the best solutions)
• backup strategies (make sure your precious photos and documents are protected against data loss)
• networking advice
• media centre set up (integrating hardware and software to get the best experience)
• upgrading or replacing storage and memory
Rate: $65 for the first hour then $20 for each subsequent half-hour.
The first hour factors in a call-out fee. After your main points have been addressed, any remaining time will be fully utilised for further advice and training.
Please have all important data backed up if at all possible. It can be difficult to estimate the time it will take to resolve a particular issue so please book your service allowing for some flexibility.
Work done is backed up by a guarantee for 14 days. If you are not completely satisfied, all efforts will be made to ensure the problem is resolved. Any additional work required* as a result of Mac Help services will be free of charge.
